Where is W.P. Williams Company located?

W.P. Williams Company has transitioned into an internet-based business.  This allows us to provide products at competitive prices anywhere within the USA.

Our main office is in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with another location in Houston, Texas.  We ship from multiple warehouse locations across the USA.

PRODUCTS

Do you provide product samples?

Sorry, we do not supply samples due to overwhelming demand.  You may contact us for any additional information.

If a product is not listed on your website, can you find it for me?

Yes, we can try to locate products from our many suppliers around the globe.  Please contact us and we will see how we can help.

Do you offer custom parts and modifications?

W.P. Williams Company works with many reputed manufacturers and we can get products manufacture-to-print.  Contact us for details on your custom projects.

What is your return policy?

If W.P. Williams Company ships the wrong product, you can return parts for full refund, including outbound freight and return freight.  Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping the item(s) back.

If the customer ordered the incorrect part, full credit for the parts will be given if:

  • Parts are returned within 30 days from the time W.P. Williams Company ship date
  • Parts are in original packaging, complete and unused
  • Replacement correct parts are ordered from W.P. Williams Company
  • Parts are returned with Return Authorization Number, to the warehouse specified in the Return Authorization email

Parts not meeting above requirements will be reviewed on an individual case bases, and may incur restocking charges up to 50% of the value of the order.

All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number included to be accepted.

What is the minimum quantity I can buy?

We sell by the carton quantity listed on each product.  If you need a different quantity, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

For larger orders, can we get lower price? 

We offer quantity discounts for large orders.  Please contact us with the details and we will give you our best price.

Do you accept blanket orders?

Yes.  Blanket orders for a defined period are eligible for a fixed price and can be automatically shipped on an agreed upon schedule.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

If I registered earlier, can I access/update my information?

Yes.  Just login and make any changes you need. You will also be able to view the history of all past transactions.

If you forgot your login information, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

How do you manage my personal information?

Your information is not shared with any other organization and kept confidential.  The only exception is if you allow us to send you periodic promotional emails.  At any time, you can opt out of receiving future emails.

Can I get a custom ordering list for my purchasing department?

Yes, if you provide a list of products your company orders regularly, we can create a custom catalog that your company or purchasing department will have access to.  Anyone you provide access to will be able to login to either their own, or a shared account, and order directly from the custom catalog.

SHIPPING

What is my shipping cost?

It varies based on weight/dimension of the order. Shipping rates are posted at checkout.  We use the UPS or USPS from the closest warehouse to your location to minimize shipping cost.

We do offer expedited service if needed.  Please contact us to help you get the best option for your need.

How long until my order is shipped?

Most of the items offered in W.P. Willams Company's store are available immediately from stock and will be shipped next business day.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

If items are not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified via email about the order status and when it will be available.  You will be given an option to wait for the ship date or cancel the order.  The hold on your payment method will be removed no later than next day.

How long will it take to receive my items?

It depends on the distance between the warehouse and your location.  Delivery time within 150 miles is 1-2 days, and from coast to coast is 4 days.

Orders will be shipped from one of our nationwide warehouses, closest to your location, based on availability.  We will use the most economical way to ship your order, unless another shipping method is requested.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation along with the tracking number for your package.  At any time you can log into your account to view the status of your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we ship only within 48 contiguous United States.

Will you ship on our merchant account?

Yes.  For faster shipping or to use your merchant account, please contact us.

TERMS

What method of payments to you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal, MetaPay and Net 30 days for open accounts.

How to open an account?

Fill out the attached Credit Application to apply for Net 30 day account.
